FOUNDATION AUTOMOTIVE is seeking an experienced Automotive Detailer to join our team at Castle Rock Chevrolet. As an automotive detailer, you will be responsible for making-ready and detailing the vehicle for customer delivery. The automotive detailer is responsible for meticulous inspection, vehicle cleaning and detailing as well as overall make-ready preparation for customer delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed cleaning, as needed, of interior and exterior of vehicle including spot stain removal of upholstery, rugs, and exterior surfaces; use special purposes cleaners and agents for desired results.
• Apply wax to auto body, and wipe or buff surfaces to protect surfaces and preserve shine, using cloth or buffing machine.
• Inspect vehicle interior and exterior thoroughly.
• Verify all accessories and options are functional (install if needed).
• Check and add all fluids as necessary.
• Fill the fuel tank to designated levels.
• Meet customer service standards by achieving ‘above district’ customer service information “CSI” scores.
• Follow established safety protocols; report any shop equipment in improper working condition; immediately report safety incidents.
• Understand, keep informed of, and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA right-to-know.
• Safeguard dealership assets and customer data.
• Complete required training assigned through the company training portal.
• Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule.
• Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Foundation Automotive brand.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience in automotive detailing preferred
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening
• Authorization to work in the USA.
• Willing to work in hot/cold conditions (outdoors)
